Accurate Word of God Education – Othniel’s Story
My name is Othniel Altidor and I do ministry in the Hudson Florida area of the United States. I love doing my Heavenly Father’s work and love seeing lives changed by the power and impact of the word. The biggest obstacle for ministry I’ve noticed is attrition as many believers are not challenged to really stretch their spiritual muscles. God found me when I was 10 years old living with an uncle because my parents were divorced and they lack the time to handle me in my rebellion. My uncle, a Pastor, showed me not with words but with deeds how a Christian is supposed to live, how a husband is to cherish his wife, and the power that comes from being obedient to the Lord. My ministerial dream is a great revival not only in the Hudson area but in our nation. Jesus is coming back and he wants to see faith still abounding and I have faith he can really change the hearts of men and women and save us from ourselves. If people were to ask me who am I in Christ I am his servant but my calling is to Pastor. God’s constant presence and help in my life is what drove me to pursue ministry. I am indebted to God for showing me immeasurable mercies and love in all seasons of my life. My local church has really helped me grow by allowing me to use my gifts in leading the youth, preaching the gospel, and coordinating events to reach the lost for Christ. A scholarship is important because I want grow first and foremost for myself and also to accurately present the word of God. I would really appreciate prayer against the fear of men and to instill in our congregation an overwhelming love for God and doing his will.

My name is Simon NTAMACK, I’m from Cameroon. I’m a from a family of seven children and I’m the sixth. I’m married to my lovely wife Marguerite and we’ve got two daughters: Marveille who is 8 years old and Precieuse who is 3. I’m a Senior Technician in Industrial Maintenance by profession and I’ve been working since 2011 as a shift operator in a thermal power plant in Bamenda – the north west region.
I received Christ in my life as my personal Lord and Savior at the age of 14. I spent all my teenage years in His presence, but things started going wrong when I got to the University. I noticed that people from the church weren’t very active and lived for their own interests. I was really discouraged about that and I said to myself that I’d like to like what is written in the Bible. I thank God who connected me with His wonderful servant four years ago now, to help me. I am glad to stand by his side.
My great desire is to be revived and to bring revival to my family, my home church, my environment and everywhere God sends me. By finding this awesome and wonderful Institute, I trust God that I’ll be able to achieve my goals. Right now I’m still in Cameroon and I do not know where I’ll be next, but it’s very important to me to be well trained and equipped to bring revival wherever I go.
Getting a scholarship from CLI will enable me to be God’s witness and show people how Christians should live to give God the glory, because when I look around, I do not see God’s people reflecting Him.

Outreach Ministry Education – Edward’s Story
May the Lord be with you! My name is Edward DeLisle, and I live in the USA, in North Carolina. Here in my hometown it is a bit challenging to minister in that there are so many churches and different denominations.
I have lived most of my life doing what I wanted to do and how I wanted to do it. Drugs were a large part of growing up, even in my adult life. I came to my walk with Jesus when I turned fifty. I felt a strong pulling on my soul from Him. I knew I had to listen and started attending church regularly. The more I learned of God’s word, the closer I became to my Lord and Savior.
My dream for ministry is to help the lost and broken come to know Christ and to walk with Him every moment of every day. Currently, I am involved in an outreach ministry at a ranch. We are praying daily for the Lord to use the healing power of a working equestrian ranch to bring those who are lost back closer to nature and Him.
Being a pastor is where I feel my calling the most. I feel the Lord calling me to this higher purpose from inside my soul. I will listen and obey my God, and go wherever He leads me to go.
I believe my degree at CLI is where God has led me because He has placed a strong desire in my heart to be here. Please pray for us to be blessed with all that is needed to bring forth God’s mighty work that is set before us. Nevertheless, may His will be done in all we do and are.
