Ordained Ministry Calling
My name is James Babatunde and I have an ordained ministry calling. I’m originally from Nigeria but reside in the state of Georgia, USA. I met my beautiful wife Alicia in 2007 and we got married in 2009. We are blessed with four kids, Jonathan 14, Gabriel 7, Josiah 5, and Princess Azariah 2. Our foundation is God first before anything else.
During my teenage years in Nigeria, I lived a carefree life and indulged in worldly ways such as drinking, sex and partying. Having been brought up in a Christian home, I felt a deep guilt inside and gave my life to Jesus Christ and joined the local church and choir. Years went by and I was approached by three pastors from different Nigerian states. They told me I’m called to be a pastor. I moved to the United States in 2004 and was told by three other pastors from different cities that I’m called to be a pastor. It doesn’t stop there, a prophet also confirmed my calling and that of my wife’s, that she shared with me few years prior, that a Pastor told her that she has the gift of healing. We thank God for reaching out to us through His children, even though we aren’t perfect or understand what was God thinking in choosing my wife and I. One thing stands out, He is our Father and we are His children. Nothing will stop our love for Him and we will reach the ends of the earth proclaiming Jesus as Lord and Savior. Even though the road looks dim and cloudy, His power moves inside of us and we will share His love with all His children. The devil will bark and is actually barking, but we will bite and BITE HARD with the word and power of God.
My wife and I are leaders and founders of Speak Out Ministry, led solely by the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This is an online Non-Denominational Ministry that preaches the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the World. Knowing I have an ordained ministry calling in my life, my goal is to deepen my knowledge. I’m presently pursuing to be ordained and also further my pastoral education at Christian Leaders Institute. I’ve come to love and understand the heart of this school. And I know and believe that God is working to raise up His Armies and Soul Winners through Christian Leaders Institute, that will move the very foundation of this Earth with God’s word. I personally want to thank God for Christian Leaders Institute, you all are changing lives. God bless and strengthen you all.

Finally Free Ministry Training
My name is Shannon Gregory. I live in the United States where it is common to say that a person is a Christian. As a matter of fact, I grew up saying I was a Christian. However, I had no idea how fulfilling life could be with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. I am excited to receive finally free ministry training at Christian Leaders Institute.
All my life, I have struggled with addiction and toxic relationships. I made very poor choices which eventually landed me in prison. Being sentenced to prison for punishment was God’s way to set me still so I could finally hear His calling. The prison was my rock bottom where I finally was humbled enough to surrender and I cannot begin to explain the power I found in surrendering. I took advantage of my prison time as I studied the Word diligently and Jesus has changed my heart. My desires are to please Him and lead others to salvation.
Once I was released from the prison, I realized that I have a calling on my life and God wants to use all the painful circumstances of my past for furthering His kingdom. I feel like Christian Leaders Institute would guide me in pursuing a ministry to help those suffering in addictions and/or unhealthy relationships. I not only have knowledge and understanding regarding this type of bondage, but I have compassion and empathy. I want to spend the remainder of my life giving back and showing the lost the love of Christ. I am excited about life and ministering to others. My plans are to go back into treatment facilities, jails, and other institutions to carry the Gospel. All my life, I was just dying. Today, with the help of CLI, I am ready to get busy living.

Evangelistic Pastor Training
My name is Matthew Kennard and I am receiving evangelistic pastor training. I live in the United States of America. I am married and have one child. I am in a band called Waymark. We have traveled and ministered to groups for five years. I did not grow up going to church, though there is a church on almost every corner. I played sports most of my life. In middle school, without any direction in my life, I started to get into trouble and living a rebellious lifestyle. When I was 19, a friend of mine asked me to go to church with him. They were having a revival with an evangelist from out of state. During this revival, God spoke to me through His Word; I repented and made a commitment to Jesus. I have not been the same since.
My pastor instructed me immediately to get into the word of God and to start reading it for myself. I began reading and praying on a daily basis. It was years later, after building my relationship and time spent with God, one on one, that I felt God calling me into the ministry. Scriptures began to relate to each other and I started to share what I was learning with my friends and church. My church has always been supportive and has allowed me the opportunity to preach in various services. While traveling locally with my band, God has opened doors to share His Word. I have wanted to go to Bible School for some time now but found it to be expensive and difficult to do with a full-time job and family. That is why I like Christian Leaders Institute. They make it extremely affordable and you can do the work at your own pace.
During this first class, I noticed God stirring an even greater desire in me for the His Word. Already, CLI has given me important tips to aid in my study of God’s word and not just His word, but in prayer as well. I see myself as a mix between a Pastor and Evangelist because there is a lack of the functionality of the churches in my area and I could be of good use in both of these offices. I see myself as a Pastor in the sense that the Church needs a good foundation laid, on which it can stand. I see myself as an Evangelist because, after building up a church, I would want to travel and be part of building up other churches. Part of my calling is to raise and mentor leaders in the church. A scholarship at CLI is important to me in this evangelistic pastor training because this institute can solidify the tools, guidance, and instruction I desire to thoroughly fulfill this calling.
Please pray for me that “The Father of glory would give me the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him, that the eyes of my understanding may be enlightened (Eph. 1:17,18 MeV)…that I may reveal it clearly” (Col. 4:4 MeV) for His glory, and for His Kingdom, to the saving of the lost and the building up of the found.
