Yunus Mohamed is on fire to bring revival to the country of Tanzania! Many in this country haven’t even heard the gospel of Christ yet. They’re deeply rooted in the ancient African religions, where they think they have hope and power. But Yunus Mohamed knows that hope and power come only through knowing Jesus Christ!
Praise the Lord saints! My name is Yunus Mohamed and I live in the country of Tanzania which is found in East Africa. I was born in the year 1990 as a second child of my mother who was among the three wives of my father. In the year 1997, my father died and left my mother as a widow. I lived with my mother while pursuing my studies from primary school up to high school.
In the year 2008, my mother, who was a Roman Catholic before married to my father, turned back to Christianity and was born again. The next year,2009, I also received Jesus as my personal saviour and Lord. It was the happiest moment in my life as the Lord spoke to me and told me that He has called me into His family. I also received the baptism of the Holy Spirit in the same year. My thirsty of seeking the Lord was increased and then the Lord spoke to me again and told me to serve Him as a pastor.
Due to that reason, I tried to search for the Bible colleges which provide biblical teachings, and found many of them. I once joined one college and study for two semesters and failed to continue with studies due to lack of finacnes to pay school fees. I returned back to home and tried to seek the will of God on my ministerial training. It happened that, one day when I was searching on the internet, I managed to meet with Christian Leaders Institute. I was very happy to see that I can get the training free of charge.
My dream is to be a servant of God who will bring revival in my country Tanzania. This is because there are lot of areas which have not yet reached by gospel ministers. Darkness is still reigning in their hearts; therefore, I need to reach those souls for harvest. I also need to work with Christ in preparing His church ready for His coming for the time is very near. My local church has supported me in my ministry by nurturing me in my daily walk with God. My family is also supporting me in my ministry by continual prayer and encouragement.
A scholarship with CLI is very important to me as it will help me to acquire ministerial training that will be helpful in my ministry. This is due to the fact that I do not have money to pay for a college, but CLI is a door to my ministerial dreams.

God is calling soldiers to the front lines of revival in America. Some of these are soldiers only on the spiritual battlefield. Others, like Ronald Williams, are familiar with fighting on the front lines.
Because Ronald went through months of training to fight in a physical war, he recognizes his need for spiritual training as he goes to the front lines of revival. My name is Ronald Williams I’m 36 years old. I was in the U.S. Army for eight years during that time I did two tours in Iraq. During my last deployment, I was hit by a roadside bomb that placed in the burn unit at Fort Sam Houston, TX. for four months. I returned to complete my last tour in Iraq I met my wonderful wife Loni she was in the Army as well. Our story sounds like an old WWII love story. We have a large blended family with seven children between us 2 with her ex, 3 with my ex, and two together. During my time in the burn unit, I saw what a lot of other soldiers was going through, and it was far worse than my own. I started getting the calling when I look back and see how lucky I was to live through the blast, and I figured that there must be a higher calling for my family and me. During my time in the Army, I received many medals including a purple heart.
I plan to use this training to spread the wonderful word of Jesus to as many injured service members as I can. I also intend to start my own church and teach other to follow Jesus and teach them to make Jesus a daily part of their family and not just a Sunday morning gathering. I want people to understand that Jesus needs to be to largest part of their family and teach the whole family to be in this world, but they don’t have to be of this world.
One of the best things about me going through this program is that I will be getting formal training. I think that with a better understanding, I will be able to lead more people to Jesus. I also believe that if I’m better trained, I can teach families how to better serve Jesus, their family, the church and the community.
It’s a great blessing to be able to help train those that God is calling to the front lines of revival. We at CLI hope and pray that Ronald will bless many injured service members and make a great impact for God.

Advancing the gospel is the primary calling of the church. Everyone in the church participates to some degree. But God calls different people into advancing the gospel in different ways.
Robert Lee Johnson’s vision is advancing the gospel through work as a chaplain or a counselor. He wants to help people who are in difficult situations because he knows too well the brokenness that exists in the world.
My name is Robert Lee Johnson, Jr., but I answer to the name of “Lee.” I was born in Virginia and raised in the United States of America.
I did not always live a Christian life. Sure, I went to church as a young child. I believed in God, and I believed that Jesus died on the cross for my sins and was resurrected on the third day. However, I also grew up in a separated and dysfunctional family. I thought that was normal, that everyone lived that way. Unfortunately, as I grew older, the instability of my family of origin negatively affected my decisions, and I left a wake of broken promises, broken marriages and broken hearts in my life.
Many times I cried out to God, pleading for Him to take my life. But He had other plans. In fact, on four distinct occasions, he clearly spared my life when I should have died. I cried out to God, yes, but my prayers were of the “foxhole” variety, and I refused to surrender.
Finally, in 2001, I had had enough. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. I got down on my knees for a final time and asked Jesus to come into my life to be my Lord and Savior. I wanted to know the real, living God, not just the historical figure I had learned about in Sunday school so many years ago. I wanted to follow Jesus.
Although I have had periods of challenge since that day, I have continued a steady walk toward the cross, and God has been faithful. He has given me beauty for ashes and the oil of joy for mourning and my whole outlook on life has changed. He renews my mind and softens my heart. He has given me a garment of praise and removed my spirit of despair.
Since making the decision to follow Christ, I have sought to learn His Word through prayer and personal study, attendance at regular church services and bible studies, and participation in formal discipleship training programs, including the Gulf Coast Bible College. However, of all the classes and seminars and workshops and studies I have been engaged in, I have found the Christian Leaders Institute to be the most comprehensive. It is well-organized, well-presented and right on point scripturally. But it is more than that. It is also transformational, and has helped to define and refine my position in the Body of Christ.
I love encouraging people, listening to them when they need to vent, and speaking to them when they are ready to hear about Jesus. I love helping people in general. I am leaning toward chaplaincy officiant, or maybe even a counselor. God has called me and CLI has helped to equip me for the journey. While education and a title can’t substitute for the Holy Spirit, whereby God reveals His secrets, it may unlock a ministry opportunity which may in turn un-wedge an immovable heart.
