Ghana Christian Leader Training
Hi, my name is Keith Essel Arthur and I am receiving Ghana Christian leader training with CLI. I’m from Ghana and I love my country very much. Being a leader in God’s house has been amazing, it has served as a place to know God very well and attend to His people. My parents introduced me to God right from birth and I praise God for giving me the opportunity. Even though I have been going to church all my life, and knew that Jesus should come into my heart, I openly gave my life to Christ in Senior High School. I was used to church but I wasn’t too sure if I had the right relationship with God. That was a life-changer. After that incident, I called home to thank my parents for taking me to church and showing me the things of God.
My spiritual dream is to be like Christ and be in His Kingdom when He returns. I was made in His image and likeness and so there’s no other place for me but to be with Him. As a believer and a leader in God’s house, I had to face diverse separations. It was a platform God used and is still using to raise me and build me for His Kingdom. Every child of the King requires training, therefore, I must go through the things He has set for me.
The Bible says in John 15 that apart from Me (Jesus Christ) you can do nothing. In other words, anything done without Christ is nothing. This is important for everyone on this planet, especially believers. Our walk with God has nothing to do with what we can do but with what His Spirit leads and provides. My dream is that people will walk with God as He wants and desires.
Christian Leaders Institute is a great opportunity that cannot be mishandled. I believe strongly that it is inspired by God to teach many. Jesus Christ, when leaving the earth said we should go out and baptize people in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, making disciples of all nations. CLI is a platform designed to teach and raise disciples for God. I am thankful for the Ghana Christian leader training I am receiving at CLI.

Namibia Free Ministry Training
My name is Ester Mutambay. I live in Namibia. I’m an ordained Evangelist and a middle school teacher. I am receiving Namibia free ministry training through Christian Leaders Institute. I am married and have two daughters. I have a passion to seek the lost and to see the manifestation of the love of God in each one of us.
Being a Christian leader in Africa is becoming more and more challenging due to the widespread controversial happenings in many churches in Africa. The church is now being looked at as a money-making machine and is starting to lose its influence on society.
I became born again in 2009. Prior to this, I heard the gospel over and over again, but I was a devout Catholic and felt that I was doing just fine. I was not interested in this born-again story. One night, around midnight, Jesus knocked on the door of my heart. He was very clear, I was convicted, and said, ” Yes, Lord.”
My dream is to become a minister of God. I want to preach the undiluted word of God, in all truth and sincerity, without compromise. I want to see families restored, healed and functional. I believe that a healthy family makes a healthy society. I also want to be a role model to young girls and empower them to grow into women of excellence.
My biggest challenge going into ministry was my tongue. I’m a really gifted speaker, but at times I was too quick to speak when I should have kept quiet. I have read a lot of books dealing with the subject of the tongue, one of them is Me and My Big Mouth by Joyce Meyer. I realized that a sincere desire to change, meditating on the word of God, and prayer are key to overcoming this challenge.
I really appreciate Christian Leaders Institute for this Namibia free ministry training. I would otherwise not be able to afford it. It being online allows me to study and still be at home with my family. Getting training is very important to me, not to get a certificate, but to get the knowledge that I need to be better equipped and in turn better lead those that Christ has entrusted to me. This first course at CLI has been a blessing.

Christian Leader Calling
Hello, my name is Kevin Head and this is the testimony of my Christian leader calling. I am from Barling, Arkansas in the United States of America. Being a Christian leader is very important to me because growing up I didn’t really have someone to look up to that was a Christian. My family is not believers, so for a while, I was the only one. I am currently involved in my church’s youth group and it is the best feeling. I get to pour the love of Jesus over these kids and get to hear how their life is going. I praise God for the opportunity.
As I said, my family members are not believers so I was not raised in a Christian home. I decided to go to church when I was 7. I went to church camp and got saved at the age of 8. As I grew up, I realized I wasn’t saved because I didn’t understand what was going on. I dedicated my life to Jesus in 2016. My spiritual dream is to see the young generation ages 12-17 drastically changed by the Love of Jesus. There are much perversion and pain in this town within these age groups and they need to know how much the Father loves them.
I will be attending the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith to get my degree in Middle School Education. This will allow me to be in the schools and mentor the next generation. Some of the obstacles that I have faced are my friends, watching things I should not be, and the generational curse of alcohol and drugs. Thank God that the curse is broken now! The event that made me realize that I wasn’t saved was seeing all the hurt and the lost people and realizing that I fit in with them too well. I realized that I wasn’t saved and I wasn’t on the path that God wanted me on. God became so real to me when I begin to see lives changed drastically by Him.
I hope to use my Christian Leaders Institute Training to help root myself deeper in God’s word and to be able to lead and love the lost like Jesus did! I can’t afford an expensive seminary so this is necessary for me to begin my Christian leader calling journey to change the youth.
