Introducing the Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) and Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA) Path to Ordination in Arizona

Are you interested in becoming ordained in Arizona? Embarking on the journey of ordination can be a deeply fulfilling and rewarding experience for those who wish to serve their faith community and officiate sacred ceremonies. If you aspire to officiate weddings or engage in other ministerial duties in the state of Arizona, it’s important to understand how to get ordained in Arizona and the resources available to you.

Ordination Law in Arizona for Officiating Weddings:

In Arizona, the process of becoming an ordained minister is governed by state law. According to the statutes in Arizona, individuals who have been ordained or designated as ministers of a religious denomination are authorized to solemnize marriages. This includes those who have obtained ordination through online ordination programs. As a result, there is no requirement to register with any government office as a wedding officiant.

As an officiant, your responsibilities include completing the marriage license in the presence of the couple and any required witnesses, as well as ensuring that the couple acknowledges their intent to marry. After the ceremony, the completed marriage license must be filed with the county clerk’s office within a specified timeframe, usually within ten days.

Get Ordained in Arizona – A Testimony

Hello, my name is Walter Anthony Hoffman, and God bless all of you! I currently reside in Glendale, Arizona, in the United States. I was adopted into a family at the age of two days old, along with four other children.

Arizona can be very hot during the summer, but the winters here are quite pleasant. Unfortunately, there is a significant number of homeless people in Arizona. Therefore, we engage in ministry, providing them with food and sharing a message of hope about our Lord Jesus Christ. As Jesus taught us, “love your neighbor as yourself,” which is the second greatest commandment.

I am actively attending church and participating in outreach programs. I have been saved for six years now and have experienced significant healing of the mind. My old lifestyle and past are behind me, and I am focused on moving forward in fulfilling what the Lord has called me to do: expanding the kingdom of Heaven and sharing the good news of Jesus with others.

I am currently pursuing my ministry studies to become an ordained minister and eventually a pastor. My desire is to be a shining light and source of encouragement in this lost and hurting world. Strengthening my relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ is a top priority for me. I have already obtained a Diploma in Biblical Studies from Western Bible Institute.

My prayer is that my education equips me well for whatever the Lord has called me to do. I also pray for a continued, amazing, and powerful walk with the Lord, as I strive to fulfill the purpose He has placed on my life. Amen. (John 14:27)
