Ministry Calling Free Training

Ministry Calling Free Training

My name is Connie Freeman, and I have a ministry calling free training dream. I live in Russellville, Arkansas in the United States of America. I did not get to church much as a child but started attending once I married. My grandma raised me as a child, and she was very happy we were in church. She got pancreatic cancer in 2009 and passed away within a few months. I felt lost and abandoned, and I walked away from the church.

It took me seven years to walk back into one. After six months of attending there, I was baptized. I was very active in that church. But after three years there, I needed more. So, I left that church and started a new one. That is when everything started changing in my life. I want to be able to go out in the streets and to talk to people who don’t go to church. I want to tell them about how good our God is.

My ministry calling free training from Christian Leaders Institute will help me on this journey. I never thought I’d be taking classes like this. That is because I never felt lead to until now. But, now I know God is about to use me in some way, and He wants me ready. These classes at Christian Leaders Institute are helping me to be able to reach my goal of bringing more people to Jesus. I know He is a healer as he has healed me twice this year alone. I am so thankful that He did not give up on me when I felt lost and alone. He is always with me and guided me to CLI and my ministry call.

New Ministry Direction

New Ministry Direction

My name is Thomas Moore, and I am seeking a new ministry direction for my life. I live in the United States of America. At 56 years old, I have decided to push my interest and curiosities into gear. After living what feels like several lives, I have decided it is time to look into things I enjoy and am interested in.

I am a veteran of the USAF. I have two wonderful, successful daughters. Both are college graduates. I am a divorced Catholic. Over the years, I have been at the high end of the income level and where I still was not poor enough to receive assistance. I am a published children’s author. My careers both involved training of some sort. When I assist others in reaching their goals, I also receive a blessing. I enjoy public speaking and have been told I am a good speaker. Someone told me that I have the kind of voice that will put one at ease and to sleep. Is that good? Maybe, I hope.

Free Ministry Training Journey

This free ministry training journey at Christian Leaders Institute will guide me in enriching the lives of young people. I want to encourage others from children to young adults. Right now, there is a huge need for guidance within the youth. It is heartbreaking to see the emptiness or even anxiety and fear in the children’s eyes. If someone would step up and just say, “Can I help?” or “Is there anything I can do for you?” could make a big difference. Young adults need a place to bounce ideas around and hear that they aren’t the only ones going through what they are feeling. I have felt rejection, fear, anxiety, anger, and misguided hate. I was in and out of my church. Sometimes, feeling embarrassed to go knowing what I had done or a way I was living.

Am I to be a Pastor or a Deacon? Or a mentor or a counselor? I am not certain yet. Through, God’s word, His great love for me, and learning to hear His call, I hope to get new ministry direction.

Please pray for me, my CLI friends, as I will be praying for you!

Minister Training Dream

Minister Training Dream

Hello, my name is Nicole Kendrick, and I have a minister training dream. I am 23 years old, a wife, mother of one, and a homemaker. I am from a small town in Arkansas in the United States of America. As a child, I grew up in a very family oriented rural community. Family and faith have always been important to me more than anything. When I was young, I learned about the Bible. Being a want to know more child, I asked questions, but I always believed.

As a teenager and after my parent’s divorce, I withdrew from faith and the church. It wasn’t really until I had my son, a child I was told I would more than likely never have, that I started to regain my faith. Each day it grows more and more.

Over the years, I have grown closer to God. My ministry dream is to help women (and even men) know the Lord. I want to spread the word of the Lord. I hope to study women’s ministry training and even be ordained one day.

The Christian Leaders Institute is instrumental in my minister training dream. At the Christian Leaders Institute, the Ministry 101 class has taught me many things. It has shown me better ways to be a leader and connect with people. I have always been more of an introvert, but since going through this class, I now feel more confident in interacting with people.

The word I connect with would probably be Pastor. In my family, there have been four close family members who have been pastors (two uncles, a cousin, and my grandfather). I hope to preach God’s word among women, children, or even a church.

Pursing Ministry

The key event in my life that prompted me to pursue ministry is two events. I became a mother at a young age, my son was my miracle. He is now four and a blessing each day. The second event would be my grandmother’s passing. My grandmother was a devout Christian and loved all her kids equally. She never questioned her faith and read the Bible numerous times. While growing up, she was an inspiration and role model to me. Once she passed away, my faith helped me through the grief and struggles in our family.

In the city where I live, we face a few unique challenges. One challenge is living in a rural environment. Another problem would be our crazy weather in Arkansas. Overall, where I live, we are very fortunate not to face many challenges.

Recently, I found a home in a new church, that is very supportive of my call to pursue ministry. I was baptized anew and connected to a family that I look forward to seeing every week. The church isn’t very large, but it isn’t small either. It makes me feel loved and supported in my dreams.

The free ministry training at CLI is essential to me. As a mom and wife, it is hard to find time for college. CLI has given me the time and flexibility I need to finish a program where I feel confident with what I learn. It has opened a door of opportunity and allowed me to afford a high-quality education. CLI gives me a boost in my leadership skills, not only as a Christian but as a mother and wife as well.
