Christian Integrity Takes Time To Achieve
My name is Vincent D. Dent from Dallas, Texas, United States. Let me first take a moment to thank you for your consideration. It is my prayer that you will catch a solid glimpse of my heart and calling towards serving and lifting up the body of Christ and its members in this capacity. I understand the importance of training staff that not only builds up the body and its’ members, but also challenges and encourages them to grow and deepen in their relationship with the community and with God. I consider it an honor to serve in this capacity. I have served in Christian ministry for 18 plus years.
Although I have had and experienced living life as and like a fool at certain stages and points in my life, I am so thankful, yes truly grateful that God did not allow nor did He let me continue on and die as a fool…………..This is my 50th Birthday Declaration in full.
I have committed myself to preach. I have committed to preach what God and the Holy Spirit tell me to preach….and for now and until I am instructed otherwise the preaching will be a Spiritual Checklist depending more upon the Holy Spirit’s evaluation of myself “self-examination with the Holy Spirit as the magnifying glass through which I view self” then I can preach to you with power.
Let me start My Lord and My God by being honest and transparent. I thank God today for Jesus because I was and am daily in need of the Savior. As I look back over my life I admitted and confessed before God and man that I did not always live a life of Christian INTEGRITY…God, how many people today are lacking Christian integrity? I can think of so many scandals among business and Christian leaders, as well as every day people. What a shame! I pray that you would help me to always be a person with Christian integrity. Help me to have undivided devotion to You, to firmly adhere to my faith and moral values, to practice biblical ethics, and be of sound mind and good character. God, I pray for my family, that each one would realize the importance of Christian integrity and would live their lives accordingly. Help us to be examples of Christ-like character in this world. Thank You, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
There is a power anointing inside of you that has not been pulled to the surface and a dimension of glory that the church has not not seen yet. God says that is why I called.

This is the hour of visitation for the Lord is going to revisit some of you in the most intimate of places as you take the time to seek Him for yourself. You are entering into a new level of understanding as the eyes of your heart are being enlighten through experience. You are developing a deeper awareness of His presence and power as the Lord invites you to come behind the veil. The Lord renews your strength and empowers you Spirit with a fresh touch on today….
I pray that the Lord will bless you mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially in the mighty name of Jesus. I bless Him and thank Him in advance for the confirming and performing of His word to you with miracles, signs, and wonders to follow. Amen.

My name is Shane Tebeck, and I live in the USA. I came to know Jesus in my heart as a kid, but I’ve come to really KNOW his voice and heart over the years.
A few years ago, I realized how much religion I had been walking under. I thought God was always ticked, and the kingdom seemed so far away. But God began opening my eyes to His goodness. I realized how good He really was for the first time. My life was radically changed! My new phrase is “God is good, and is in a good mood!” His goodness led me to seeing how powerful and free we are in Christ!
My ministry dream is to pastor people; equipping them to be powerful members of the kingdom of God, developing a culture of honor and freedom within the church.
I’ve always known I was called to do ministry, but throughout my walk, God has continued to confirm that call. One day, I was walking around feeling down. I asked the Lord to take me somewhere I have never been before. As I was walking, I came into a cemetery where I found a bench to sulk. At the time, I didn’t realize that I didnt know the cemetery existed until I stumbled upon it that day. While sitting there looking out at the many graves, I had a vision where I saw a bunch of people standing by the graves. Then I heard God say “very few people know me in Portland (my city), what are you going to do about it?”
The people disappeared and everything went back to normal, but I was deeply changed. I started seeing everyone through the eyes of God. All that week I wanted to cry when I looked people in the eyes, and saw how lost and dazed they were. It was in the midst of my bad attitude that my perspective on people was completely transformed. It’s easy to see people in their sin and woundedness, but God taught me to see much deeper.
The Pacific Northwest is particularly unchurched. It’s a place where people flaunt themselves and their lifestyles openly. There is no room here for empty religious cliches or elitist religious attitudes. In order to reach this area, one must be authentic and down to earth. One excellently redeemable thing about the region is its openness to spirituality. When they are open to encountering the love of God, He shows up and reveals himself as the Way to life.
The best prayers for me would be for strength, wisdom and understanding as I continue pursuing the Lord and ministry. I ask that he would shape my heart and mind to look more and more like his!

I’m Benson M. Chavez, 41 years old, married and my wife is also my partner in our ministry to God. We have 3 children and living in the Philippines. We’re known as a Christian country in Asia where most of it are Catholics. A country full of traditions, peace loving and hospitable as visitors from foreign lands always say.
I’m blessed and grateful to God for letting me have an opportunity to study at Christian Leader’s Institute where lots of knowledge and wisdom are being taught which was integrated with my walk in God in my life. I really enjoyed every topic, the professor’s different views and styles, new learnings and environment which greatly helped me and every Christians pursue their calling into the ministry.
This Ordination Class online was indeed an accomplishment for me. Though I’m presently into the ministry as a Pastor in the last 13 years of my life, it helped me a lot in reminding me what it is to become an Ordained Minister, the duties and life of a minister and so on. I’m a Probationary Pastor since I’ve entered into ministry and God willing will pursue an Ordination Examination in our denomination this coming year.
My calling is more of an Evangelist and Church Planter. I love sharing God’s Word and salvation to people in different areas specially in my place where Rural Evangelism is applied. By God’s grace, together with my very supportive wife, Elizabeth and my 3 kids who was my very first intercessors when we planted a church in Nasugbu, Batangas way back in the year 2007. Right now, we have 2 daughters in mission areas and we are praying that these mission areas will become fully established churches in God’s timing and direction in the near future.
When God called me to become a Pastor after a few years of being mentored by my Pastor then in Manila, Philippines, it was a joyous feeling which up to now the passion blooms every day. Ordination made me feel satisfied and thanking the Lord for giving me the trust in leading His people back to Him. I didn’t have any Bible School or Seminary background then but heeded on God’s calling in my life in the year 2001 and felt the joy and privilege of God’s calling as Pastor’s laid their hands on me and was accepted as Probationary Pastor after passing the examination and interview. Have a secular job as an Electronics and Communications Engineer but my job assignment was transferred in this place early 2005 and it was God’s plan for my life to plant a Church here together with my family. It was difficult to pursue church planting before but that was God’s way of teaching me His way just like Paul as a “Tent Maker Missionary”.
I was also being trusted by God to handle Nutrition programs in our community through a Foundation which helped people with Malnutrition problems. Took these opportunities with my team in doing Holistic ministries in different schools, towns and communities, integrating the Love of God to many. It was an opportunity to win souls and make disciples. And up to now, our ministries have gone to 5 towns in our province in partnership with other churches doing the same ministry in a span of seven years. It was always a fulfillment when you see people got saved and lives were changed by God.
My local church is very supportive in my ministry. Many have been trained and was being mentored to do the same and I’m very thankful that my calling was also the calling of the church in planting churches. Their heart was also molded by God into this kind of ministry.
CLI and their ordination class online has been of great help to fulfill the calling of God to me through Online Schooling and has also a blessing to many. I have had quality training for free and its mission to educate people of God to fulfill their calling effectively is really an amazing act of ministry. You are indeed God’s channel of blessings to many who have difficulties of studying in a Bible Seminary because of high fees. This ministry has the anointing of God and is seen in the lives of people sacrificing for the love of God and to be of service to fellow Christians.
