God is calling leaders to start a youth revival in Nigeria!
We’re blessed to live in a time when God is calling revival leaders throughout the world to various ministries and ministry positions. In many countries, there is a special focus on the youth. Perhaps because we know that the hearts of the youth must be turned to God if the future generations are to serve Him. Recently, Ogheneruno has been called to start a youth revival in Nigeria – in the homes and orphanages of the youth of his country!
My name is Ogheneruno Okorodudu, I came from a native land of urohbo, Delta state, Nigeria. I grew up seeing my parent as good worshipers of God. But my entire life has been different from what my parents trained me to be just because of the kind of life I choose in my youthful age. I decided to travel out of my country just to get a greener pasture; there I find out that life is not all about living it with the pleasures in it., one need to get attached to Jesus Christ. I remembered my church had a revival years back and I hurried from work to listen to the preacher, the more I listen the more I find the word of God strange in my inner spirit, I got saved that day and since then it has been a sweet story.
I have worked as a co-minister in church planting in my country and we are planting another one in Ughelli Delta state Nigeria. This part of the country needs help most of the youths and orphanage homes need to be fully imparted with the word of God; we are now making effort to teach them the word of God. As I proceed in the training, I see a greater light of what I’m going to be using the experience for; with the few training I have received I have been able to impart the members of our local fellowship and also our visits to orphanage homes.
Christian Leaders Institute has really in different way helped me in thinking towards my goals for the kind of ministry God has placed into my hands. With the great opportunity CLI is giving to students across the globe today it will indeed give me a high level of understanding ministry and how it should be handled in this part of the world I’m living in.

God is raising up called revival leaders all over the world. Christian Onyiagha is one such leader. As a pastor in Nigeria, Christian feels the call to spread the good news of Jesus throughout Nigeria, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
As with most called revival leaders, Christian can remember the exact moment that he experienced the confirmation of his calling. He was attending a crusade in Nigeria at the time and recalls how the experience completely transformed him. He went from being the “most unqualified man” to preach to being one of God’s called revival leaders in Nigeria.
My Name is Christian Onyiagha. I am a pastor at Divine Gospel Church. I was born into a Christian home, but I was not involved with the work of the ministry until 2007, I was just a Christian, without the POWER of Christianity [Holy Spirit]. Just like the Apostles after the resurrection of Jesus. They had no power and Jesus said to them, “And now I will send the Holy Spirit upon you, just as my Father promised. Don’t begin telling others yet. Stay here in the city until the Holy Spirit comes and fills you with power from heaven” Luke 24:49 TLB. In Acts 1:8 He said “But when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, you will receive power to testify about me with great effect, to the people in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth, about my death and resurrection” TLB. Jesus knew it would be impossible for disciples to successfully preach the Gospel to the ends of the earth without the infilling of the Holy Spirit, for that reason He said they should wait and receive The Power of Christianity.
In March 2007, I attended a Miracle Crusade by Reinhard Bonnke in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria. It was at this meeting that I received the Holy Spirit. I received the very power that made Jesus the Christ. That experience turned me into another man.
I really didn’t have special abilities, I am the least qualified by human standard, but when I received the Holy Spirit, God deposited something special in me that makes people do the work of the ministry when they come to me. Holy Spirit made me a soul-winner and gave me the ability to turn the souls into soul-winners. I was empowered by the Holy Spirit to do the work of God, but I equally knew the importance of training. I only had Basic Ministry Training and Certificates and I was doing well with it, but I knew the basic Ministry Training would not get me far in Ministry. The Lord answered my prayer and led me to CLI website one Afternoon in December of 2012 as I was browsing.
There are thousands of Anointed Church leaders all over the world that failed in their calling. Many of them received wonderful revelations from the Lord; they saw beautiful visions of what the Lord planned to do with their lives, but they never fulfilled the plan of God for their lives. They didn’t fail because they were not anointed, many of them failed because they were not trained. The Bibles says “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2 Tim 2:15 KJV” Many of these called ministers got frustrated and abandoned their calling for lack of training. Jesus said, “Your error is caused by your ignorance of the Scriptures and of God’s power! Matthew 22:29 TLB.
It is my heart’s desire that Pastors and Churches in Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Liberia and the rest of Africa know about CLI. When I got to Sierra Leone in 2015, I tried introducing CLI to some Pastors, but there was a challenge, Internet access was costly and also unreliable in Sierra Leone and Liberia. I have benefited so much from CLI and I wish there are some other ways to make CLI accessible to them without Internet access.
I was surprised when I discovered that CLI was a free Bible School. Initially, I thought it was not entirely free, but I was wrong, I have been enjoying CLI ever since. I am still grateful to God for taking me to Christian Leaders Institute. God is my witness that I am happy to know about CLI. He knows how happy I am for knowledge that I have acquired at CLI. I am really grateful to God for leading me to CLI. CLI really opened my eyes to lots of truth. I am now a better Christian. I am better equipped for the work ahead. I am really studying for life and not just for the exams. May God continue to bless all of you at CLI. The Host of Heaven will never forget your labor of LOVE. I love you all dearly!
