My Story
Married and the father of three children, by God’s grace, I was in contact with the gospel since the age of 12. It was through the Cameroon Student Bible Fellowship, that I took my first steps as a new convert. Thereafter, I was in charge of a cell group. Later, I also worked in several local communities as a youth leader, interpreter, and pastor.
After my university studies in Management, option: Banking-Insurance, I left Cameroon for Asia. While in Bangkok, Thailand, I experienced several events that radically impacted my life. Through these, God confirmed my specific call. My calling is to work as a missionary for the spread of the gospel of Christ in my home country. Therefore, convinced to go back, in 2016, I returned to Cameroon with a new perspective to share the gospel of Christ.
Further Training at CLI
The mission required further education in ministry. However, not having the finances to enroll in a local theological university, I searched online. To my delight, I found CLI. The courses at CLI have enormously edified, equipped, and encouraged me to develop a more intimate relationship with the Lord. They are also equipping me for my ministry calling. Therefore, I plan to continue my studies at CLI to the highest level. I want to learn more and share the gospel with more effectiveness and fulfillment. Thank you, CLI!

Hello! My name is Jenna Nicholas, from Utah, USA. I’ve attended college and am paying off a lot of student debt. After not being very interested in most careers, I realized I just wanted God as the center of my life and in everything I do. My Journey
I’ve had a relationship with the Lord ever since I can remember. That is thanks to my Mom teaching me when I was very young. I’m now teaching my little boys, and they love God very much. I always knew God loved me and would show me where to go to do what He says. He has been so faithful!
As I write this, my heart has been heavy because my husband doesn’t really know Jesus. Please pray for him if you are reading this and feel led to. I’ve felt a lot of pressure to be a light in a dark world. In the midst of the pain, God has drawn me closer to Him and made a way for me to study at CLI and further my ministry in Him. I hope to take many classes and learn how to better be a light to my husband and my neighborhood. We live among many Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) out here in Utah. I absolutely love that religion is a very common daily subject, even among strangers here. There is so much opportunity to talk to people about Jesus. I know CLI will strengthen my skills so I can more confidently and effectively share the good news.

I feel that I already know you very well and can’t thank you enough for bringing this ministry into reality! God has walked with me throughout my whole life. He has called me and qualified me to be a minister. Currently, I am studying ministry training and Bible knowledge at the Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about free Bible and ministry classes online, Click Here).
My Brief Bio
As a young girl, I was a believer. I married and had three children. During that time, I became a Sunday School teacher. I was able to stay at home and raise my children. Then, I was blessed with a bus driving job and could take my school-age children with me on the bus. I then got into Healing and Deliverance Ministry. I acquired two more children, and then my husband and I adopted two more. We now have seven children. Does my life seem perfect? So, what has God brought me through?
The Rest of the Story
Well, my life was not in any shape or form perfect. I was a believer at a very young age. However, I did not let God choose my husband. He was a nonbeliever. He was physically abusive and repeatedly cheated on our marriage. I already had three children with him when it got really bad. Eventually, he asked me for a divorce to marry someone else. So, I then got a job outside of the home. Later, I met a man that was a Christian. He had two children, which was a challenge for both of us to blend into a family of five. We also did get involved with Healing and Deliverance Ministry. Then, we later were blessed to adopt two more children.
Healing and Studying at CLI
During this time, I struggled with addiction, chronic pain, abandonment issues from my childhood, sexual abuse from my childhood, suicidal thoughts, unworthiness to be in ministry, unforgiveness toward myself and others, and jealousy of others. I was not walking in the freedom that I was helping others to do.
Through all that, God brought me out of bondage and into His freedom. He healed me of all that emotional garbage and of chronic pain and addiction. Through all that is where I got my testimony. Through all that is where I got the credentials (qualification) to minister.
At the Christian Leaders Institute, I am now getting a deeper understanding of what it means to be a Minister of God’s Word. I am also getting more ministry training and Bible knowledge. This ministry training and Bible knowledge are showing me how to apply the credentials that God has given me through the trials and tests to be a minister. I thank God for the trials and tests and for my testimony. Furthermore, I thank God for my freedom and healing. It all confirms that God was walking with me and was in control the whole time!
