WATCH THIS YOUTUBE VIDEO THAT WILL EXPLAIN WHAT ORDINATION MEANS WITH CHRISTIAN LEADERS INSTITUTE
Christian Leaders Institute is pleased to announce a great opportunity for our graduates! If you have graduated with the Christian Leaders Diploma (31 Credit Hours) or better, you have the opportunity to pursue ordination. Graduates who obtain this ordination will be included in the Christian Leaders Directory. Graduates who receive this ordination opportunity must stay current in the Christian Leaders Directory and continue to affirm their belief in the basic doctrinal statement of Christian Leaders Institute on a yearly basis. Being published on the directory will give organizations, churches, and denominational authorities the ability to see your credentials and verify that you have obtained this ordination at Christian Leaders Institute.
What’s the Practical Application of this Ordination Opportunity?
Primary or Secondary Ordination
This ordination opportunity is for a primary or secondary ordination. You can receive it as a secondary ordination if you are already ordained in a denomination, an association, or a non-denominational church. Our purpose is not to usurp any local authority in relationship to you. This ordination opportunity is to be a blessing and a confirmation of your calling and study at CLI.
You might not have a local ordination option. In that event, this ordination opportunity will recognize that you completed an advanced ministry training course of study and affirm your calling to ministry. It is also a proclamation to the world that you are using your gifts and abilities for ministry in the body of Christ! After you are done with this ordination class, we will ask that you have a local leader or mentor or ordaining authority; whether a pastor, elder or deacon sign on the certificate to testify that you are a person of God who is called, who walks with God, who has the qualifications and the temperament of a spiritual leader.
We also consider this Christian Leaders ordination in the order of “Stephen in Acts 6:5 and Phoebe in Romans 13:1″ in the Bible. This way we are not engaged in the headship debates at a local level on the meaning of ordination concerning women in ministry. You will be ordained into ministry like Stephen or Phoebe were in the early church.
Ordination Publication in the Christian Leaders Directory
You will be published at our website as ordained for ministry in the Christian Leaders Directory. Your bio and contact info will be located there. Your updated ministry profile will also be there. You will need to update your profile on the directory every year.
