Leadership Transition
Founder and President Henry Reyenga is joyfully serving his final year as President before stepping into a new role as Chancellor and Director of the Christian Leaders Alliance in July 2026. At that same time, his daughter, Vice President Abby Dominiak, will faithfully carry the mission forward as she steps into the Presidency.
President Reyenga's Comment:
Things are multiplying at Christian Leaders Institute. As I approach my 65th year of life next May, I am filled with gratitude and anticipation. On July 1, 2026, I will be stepping aside from the presidency of Christian Leaders Institute. But this is not retirement in the ordinary sense—it is multiplication. I will take on a focused role leading Christian Leaders Alliance, advancing the credentialing of volunteer leaders across the world. Today, I am proud to stand at this pivotal moment with excitement and gratitude. What we are doing is biblical vision of generational succession and multiplication (2 Timothy 2:2)—and it is exactly what God is doing here right now.
Vice President Dominiak's Comment:
As I step toward the role of President next year, my heart is overflowing with gratitude, for my father’s leadership, for our faithful board and staff, for the students who courageously pursue ministry, and our incredible donors who make this movement possible. Every day, we are seeing growth and more stories of impact - over 250 new students enroll daily, each one stepping into their unique calling and sphere of influence. The ripple effect of this multiplication is changing lives across the globe. This season of transition has been such a blessing. Under my dad’s mentorship and leadership, I have been equipped and encouraged to carry forward the vision of CLI. His example has shaped me in countless ways, and I am filled with excitement as I prepare to step into this new season. Together, we are ensuring that this handoff is not just a change in leadership, but a multiplication of the next generation.
Announcement Letter from the Chairman of the Board:
“On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am writing to share an important leadership update regarding the future of Christian Leaders Institute. Henry Reyenga has announced his intention to retire as President of Christian Leaders Institute.
The transition process will occur with Abigail Dominiak gradually taking on more responsibilities throughout the coming months. This thoughtful and strategic approach will culminate in her official appointment as President in July 2026. Henry will then take on the newly created role of Chancellor and Director of Christian Leaders Alliance.
Henry Reyenga has been a pillar of strength and guidance for Christian Leaders Institute, leading us through countless challenges and triumphs. His dedication and vision have profoundly shaped our path, and we are deeply grateful for his unwavering commitment to our mission. Abigail Dominiak, our current Executive Vice President and Dean of Students, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, passion, and a compelling vision for the future of Christian Leaders Institute. We are thrilled to see her continue this legacy and guide us into new horizons.
President Reyenga and the Board of Trustees approved a plan to ensure the transition to a new president was accomplished professionally, thoroughly, and thoughtfully. This process reflects our community's shared commitment to excellence and faith. Change, while sometimes challenging, is an essential part of growth, and we are confident that we will have “good success” as we move forward together.
