In HIS 240, you will study Christianity’s evolution across the world, examining the key events, figures, and movements that shaped the faith’s growth. This course focuses on understanding the history of world Christianity through social, cultural, and political lenses. As you explore the Christian worldview’s impact on diverse cultures, you will also discern God’s faithfulness and purposes throughout history. By reflecting on the heroes of the past, this course encourages you to emulate their faith in your own life while avoiding false ideas and bad behaviors that have shaped history.
