There are 2.1 billion Christians in a world of 6.7 billion people. Every day about 160,000 people die. That means more than 100,000 people every day die not connected to Christ in any way, lost in the deadly waters of sin and death.

There are 2.1 billion Christians in a world of 6.7 billion people. Every day about 160,000 people die. That means more than 100,000 people every day die not connected to Christ in any way, lost in the deadly waters of sin and death.

Those in the deadly waters need to be rescued by a gospel lifeboat. The issue is not available lifeboats. We have the Bible and the Holy Spirit has been revealed. We have reached believers (church) in the boats who are willing to help.

We need more gospel lifeboat operators. We need more pastors, church planters, ministers, evangelists and chaplains. Lifeboat operators (Christian Leaders) who need to not only care for those already in the boats, but to steer the boats where the dying need to be rescued.

At Christian Leader Institute we train Gospel Lifeboat operators. If you need ministry training as a pastor, church planter, minister, evangelist or chaplain, we are here to train you to reach as many people as possible before it is too late.

You will get these Gospel Life Boats Skills in your ministry training at Christian Leaders Institute:

  1. How to care for those in your boat. This includes studies in “Pastoral Care” care and “Church and Ministry”
  2. The history of lifeboats (church history). This is important because you will learn of the mistakes of the past and how your lifeboat can avoid them.
  3. The essential insights needed for survival and preparation for the final rescue when we are with God in heaven. You will learn systematic theology and personal godliness.
  4. You will learn how to do well in your mission saving both your own family and those around you. At Christian Leaders Institute we understand that your home must be strong so that you have something to share.

Are you called to be a gospel lifeboat operator? We want to help you get prepared!
The need is so great! As for finding funds to pay for your training, each semester you study we do ask that you make a donation to the Institute in the amount that God places on your heart. We desire that you value your training and that you help keep this training free for more lifeboat operators.

I am glad you found me.I have a thirst and hunger to see the world reached and discipled.currently I started two churches in Tanzania and 3 in kenya all in the region of east africa.Beside that I started a movement to help spearhead the vision of church plantation globally. The movement is interdenominational. How can you help me fulfill this vision?

I am currently working in a place, but I have urge and zeal for the ministry, and I don't know how to go about it, because I really want to go into full time ministry, but due to the economic situation in my country Nigeria, am afraid to leave my present place of work, so I don't know how I can reach out to people more, far and wide outside my domain, though am a minister in REDEEMED CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD, Lagos Nigeria.

Dear Pastor,

I find this very interesting and encouraging. Kindly allow me to take a different view; in my country especially in the country-side we have communities that have accepted Christ with all their hearts but poverty pulls them back!! For example, those we preached to and accepted Christ drew back to prostitution and drug abuse simply because they lacked what to do to earn a living.

This is something that has haunted me over time given that these are people willing to work once assisted with capital. I have introduced an idea of a credit facility but lack the capital to start it. They are very much willing to engage in income generating activities and are willing to pay back the money once loaned to them; "Teach a man how to fish and do not give fish".

If you identify any one willing to partner with me for us to push God's work forward, kindly get back to me with details.

Greetings in Christ,
I am pleased to inform you that I am overwhelmed with your invitation to save souls for God's vineyard.I am a christian missionary in the Gambia,a country with over 87 percent moslem population and it is very difficult to find likewise
missionary that is willing to sacrifice time and persecution in the name of Christ. Many of my colleagues begin
with zeal only to capitulate to financial pressure and converting to Islam which I must admit is sometimes frustrating. I will be willing to attend the ministry training which I know will be great wealth of biblical knowledge which I also believe will go a long way in helping the dwindling christian population in the Gambia.
May God reward you with kingdom gains for this opportunity to save God's kingdom.
